What are Client Support Resources?
Our team wants to support our clients with 24 x 7 access to the most frequently requested resources, guides, and tools for optimizing your financial wellness SaaS platform and integrating into your community and processes. To avoid any confusion for the end users of the platform we have placed these items behind the log in to this support resource library.
How is Access Granted?
Individual user accounts for this support platform must be updated on the back end by our team in order to gain access to this additional layer of content. When you create a log in for this site and are logged in you will either have access to the same library of support content (your user record has not been flagged) or you will see a section for Client Support as shown below. If you do not see this section please open a ticket by clicking the Submit a request link in the upper right.
